Yes! You can post up to 5 listings for free, each valid for 7 days. Premium listings and other services are affordably priced.

How much does it cost to post a property?

Just ₹10 per listing. Viewing a contact costs ₹10, and you can repost expired listings for ₹10. Simply ₹10 for everything beyond the free limit.

What does S, L, R, B icons mean in listings?

They simply stand for S - Sale, L - Lease, R - Rent and B - Buy.

What happens when post expires?

After the end date and time, the post goes offline, and won't appear in global listings. You can find them under your "In Active" tab under "My Posts". You can pay the nominal fee and re-activate it.

Is this app location-based?

Yes, listings are shown based on your chosen locality — usually within a 10km radius. Land & Home is a Location Based Service, hence, it uses your approximate location data to determine what to serve you.

Are Agents allowed?

Absolutely. Land & Home is perfect for property owners, seekers, agents, and brokers. Everyone can benefit. No one is left behind, Land & Home is for everyone.

How does agent discovery work?

Agents and brokers can create verified profiles. Users can discover them based on location and services. Agents can manage their listing from Agent tab.

Are users verified?

Yes. Every user is verified through SMS, minimizing fake profiles and improving trust.

Can I filter listings by distance?

Yes. You can set a custom search radius to only see listings within a certain km range from your location.

Is my location tracked or stored?

No. Your location is only used to enable nearby search. It is not tracked or saved.

What payment methods are supported?

Payments are securely handled by RazorPay and support UPI, cards, and net banking.

What type of properties can I list?

You can list rental homes, flats, land, PG accommodations, commercial spaces, and more.
