Stages – How Tech VC Works
1. Discovery & Alignment
We meet you — the founder, the thinker, the builder. You tell us what you’re solving, where you’re
stuck, and what you’re aiming for. We assess your idea, team, and execution potential, but more
importantly, we evaluate where our stack and team can create real leverage.
What we offer: A 1:1 discovery session with our core team — Tech audit (if you’re already building)
— Honest feedback on feasibility, speed, and scale potential
— If aligned, invitation to apply for a Tech VC cohort
2. Onboarding & Prototyping
Once selected, you gain full access to Speedy and Tesseract, hosted and supported by us. We work
with you to architect/design the first version of your product — the fastest, most durable version that’s
production-ready. Most teams build something demo-able within 7–14 days.
What we offer: Access to Speedy (API engine) and Tesseract (KV store) - Dedicated onboarding
engineer + architectural assistance

3. Build, Test, Iterate
You build and release. We continue to work closely, helping with iteration, testing, observability,
and tuning. Your backend evolves without downtime, and your infra costs remain zero. You focus on
user feedback, growth, and polish — not ops.
What we offer: Unlimited API updates with zero downtime

- Usage monitoring + early metrics tracking

4. Growth & Early Traction
Your product is live. Users are coming in. You’re iterating fast and preparing to scale. We help
optimize performance, set up observability, assist with hiring (if needed), and position your
product for either bootstrapped or funded growth.
What we offer: Infra tuning and auto-scaling guidance
- Active–passive replication (active–active coming soon)

5. Strategic Capital
If you’re ready for capital, we introduce you to aligned VCs and angels in our network. You’re no
longer an idea — you’re a functioning product with validated infrastructure, usage, and traction.
For investors, you’re de-risked and ready.
What we offer: Pitch refinement and narrative coaching
- Investor warm intros (where aligned)
- Credibility through our involvement
- Ongoing advisory support during capital raises
6. Graduation
You reach 100K+ users or significant traction. At this point, we transition you off our
fully-managed stack — unless you choose to stay. You now have a proven product, proven stack, and
proven team. You’re in full control.
What we offer: Transition to your own infra (if preferred)
- Continued access to the Bineural team for scaling advice
- Support for future ventures — many founders come back
- Alumni status in the Tech VC network
